Spring is also the time to aerate your lawn. Aeration is the process of making finger sized holes in your lawn and depositing the removed material on the surface to break down. Weed control is an ongoing process . Many weed seeds stay viable in the soil for 15-20 years, and that does not count the seeds that blow in from the neighbors place. We offer a full range of services including:

Winter Home Checkups!
Do you own a home in the Pagosa Springs, Colorado vicinity? Is it a second home, or do you take extended winter vacations? Are you tired of worrying if your home is secure and safe while you are away?
Allow me to take your worries away by checking on your home for you! I offer a full line of Home Maintenance and Security Check Options including:
Keeping the path clear to your propane tank.
You may or may not know that the propane companies will NOT fill your propane tanks if the snow has not been cleared from the path to your tank. I will make sure that the propane delivery drivers have clear and safe access to your tank.
Propane Level Checks.
You heard the horror stories from last winter about the propane tanks that ran dry. Don’t risk running out of propane which can lead to frozen and broken water pipes inside your home. I will check your propane tank level to make sure that you are notified if your propane level is running low.
Home Inspections.
I will check your home for the following: Broken windows or doors; broken or leaking pipes. I will check to make sure your furnace is working. I will also make sure your refrigerators and freezers are working properly as you never know when the power may fail. I will also keep tabs on the snow level on your roof. Many houses and garages were damaged by last winter’s snowfall. Don’t let this happen to you!
