I will be plunging into the river between 11:00am and 11:30am on Sunday February 14, 2010. If you would like to help sponsor my plunge please call me at 970-946-8933 or send me an email by clicking HERE. I will gladly accept all donations! For reference, one VitaMeal costs just $22.00 and is enough food to feed 30 children! Donations need to be received no later than 11:00am on Sunday February 14, 2010. I really appreciate anyone willing to sponsor me for this very worthwhile cause! I will update the equivalent number of meals donated right below this paragraph. Thanks in advance for any and all donations! Please make checks payable to: Nourish The Children c/o Toby Karlquist. Please mail checks to: 135 Country Center Drive, Suite B5, PMB 130, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147

We have received another 3” of snow overnight here at PagosaCam bringing our storm total to 9”. Tuesday will bring partly cloudy skies with a high in in the low to mid 30’s along with a few flurries. The next trough will arrive tomorrow night bringing a 30% chance for snow tomorrow night though Wednesday. Wednesday’s high remains in the low to mid 30’s. Thursday and Friday return us to partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 30’s. The next Pacific low will arrive early Saturday morning brining another chance for snow and a high in the mid to upper 30’s. Partly cloudy on Sunday for the Penguin Plunge with a balmy high around 36. So a little more snow today through Wednesday before a brief break in the action. Enjoy your Monday!
Check out the Pagosa Penguin Plunge info above this forecast! I will be among those plunging into our 34 degree San Juan River on Sunday February 14th! And I will be doing this in support of Nourish The Children. I am asking for donations in any amount. All proceeds will be given to Nourish The Children who will send meals to those in need in Haiti. If you would like to sponsor me in this endeavor, please contact me at the phone number or email above. I appreciate your help with this!
